5月29日，以“Social phobia or social butterfly”为主题的英语沙龙活动在易起学吧开展。本次活动由新澳门六合彩资料库 主办、2022级英语34班承办。新澳门六合彩资料库 外教John、方敏慧老师、阮晶老师以及来自各个学院的同学们参加。

本次英语沙龙主要围绕以下几个环节展开：

1.First of all,the host introduced the theme of this English salon “Social phobia or social butterfly?”

（首先，主持人介绍本次英语沙龙的主题：社恐还是社牛 ？）

2.The host first asked ‘Do you know what a social phobia is and what a social butterfly is?’ 

（你知道什么是社恐，什么是社牛吗？）

3.Discussion:

(1)Social phobia or social butterfly, which do you think you belong to?

（社恐还是社牛，你是哪一种?）

(2) Can you give a description about your personality?

（你能描述一下你的性格吗？）

(3)Do you want to change your personality？

（你想改变自己的性格吗？）

In the following discussion, the students expressed their views.

来自2022级英语34班的安庆玲同学分享道：

I have a very strong social phobia, so I won’t know what to say when communicating with strangers, and I will feel overwhelmed. Additionally, I get very nervous in crowded environments.

（我是一个很有社交恐惧症的人，在和陌生人交流时我会不知道说什么，会不知所措，在人多的环境中我会很紧张。）

来自2022级英语师范班的汤灿津同学说：

I am a totally social butterfly. In social situations, I take the initiative to talk to people.I am willing to share my ideas with others and can gain energy from social activities.

（我完全是一个社牛，在社交场合中我会主动与人交谈。我乐于和他人分享我的见解，并且能从社交活动中获得能量。）

Teacher Fang Minhui said that in front of the students, she was a social butterfly, but after returning home, she became like someone with social phobia, because she was tired from a day’s work, lying on the sofa and not wanting to say a word.

(方敏慧老师说，在学生面前她是一个社牛的人，但是回到家后就变成了社恐的人，因为劳累了一天，躺在沙发上一句话都不想说。）

活动最后，外教John总结道：

Social phobia and social butterfly represent the two extremes of social ability, and we should recognize that each person has his or her own unique social style. The right attitude is to respect differences, encourage those with social phobia to gradually build confidence, while appreciating the social talents of social butterflies, and jointly create an environment that is inclusive and supportive of diverse social ways.

（社恐与社牛代表了社交能力的两个极端，我们应认识到每个人都有其独特的社交风格。正确的态度是尊重差异，鼓励社恐者逐步建立信心，同时欣赏社牛者的社交才能，共同创造一个包容和支持多元社交方式的环境。）

本次英语沙龙活动中，同学们就“社恐还是社牛”这一话题，分享了自己的性格，共同探讨了社恐与社牛的特点，同时在相互交流中提升了自己的英语口语能力。
